• I partner with The Lactation Network (TLN), and can accept most Blue Cross PPO, Blue Shield PPO, Anthem PPO.

• Payment is due at the time of service for cash pay option. 

• Currently accepting Cash, credit, FSA, HSA payments if you are not covered through TLN. 

• I can provide you with a detailed "super-bill" upon request that you can send to your insurance company for reimbursement. 

• Many insurance companies cover lactation services in accordance with the Affordable Care Act, but I do not guarantee my services will be covered by your insurance.
