I can provide you with a detailed "super-bill" upon request that you can send to your insurance company for reimbursement (insurance reimbursement is never a guarantee and can vary)

Many insurance companies cover lactation services in accordance with the Affordable Care Act, but I do not guarantee my services will be covered by your insurance.

$200 - Initial visit (in Home)
$150 - Follow-up visit (in Home)
Virtual visit: $100.00
$50 additional charge for holidays
